Cancellations
Refund of registration fees for justified reason, may be applied for, in writing (email to jeremie.martinet@chu-rouen.fr), before June 1st, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be made.

Visa Application Process for International Travelers
If you are not a E.U. citizen and are planning to attend the FOCIS European advanced course and conference on immunology and immunopathology, advance planning is critical. Citizens of some foreign countries will need a visa to enter France and attend the course. Therefore, we encourage you to start your visa application process as soon as possible. You should apply for your visa at least three to four months before the annual meeting.
